Sometimes, when I put my watercolors aside and pick up the tablet to create something new, a strange feeling comes over me.
I miss the trace of water, that calm that spreads through my whole body when the brush glides softly across the paper.
On the screen, everything is different. I zoom in, refine, add a thousand tiny details — and yet, something is missing. I miss dipping the brush, mixing the perfect tone, letting the color come alive on its own. It’s a quiet emptiness that only fades when I touch real paper again.
And still, I love painting digitally too.
Sometimes inspiration doesn't reach the paper, but flows freely on the tablet.
And other times, it's the opposite - as if both worlds were breathing together.
I don't want to give up either of them.
I want to find that point where water and pixels meet, where both worlds blend and art begins to breathe again.
That's why, little by little, I'll start sharing my new digital artworks:
creations you can purchase and receibe by e-mail, ready to print at home - no shipping, no waiting, no borders.
In a few days, I'll reveal the first digital surprise.
I hope it moves you as much as it moves me.
Art may change its form, but never its soul. And perhaps, somewhere between water and pixels, lies my way of letting color breathe.
